Owner of the Kìron agency in Cesano Maderno · Credit broker
Calogero Fortunato
I have been doing this for 25 years. In that time I have learned one thing that really matters: the difference between a yes and a no almost never lies with the client, it lies in which bank reads their situation and how it is put to them.

I am Calogero Fortunato, owner of the Cesano Maderno office of Kìron Partner S.p.A., which by number of clients and by millions of euros of mortgages arranged is the largest credit brokerage in Italy.
Unlike most credit brokers, who tend to be small independent outfits, our strength lies above all in the sheer volume of applications we take to the banks every day for our clients. That makes us more credible in the eyes of branch managers, it lets us obtain better terms and it gets us answers more quickly.
In practice my work is this: I listen to your situation, I tell you frankly what is realistic and what is not, I prepare the file once and take it to the lenders that genuinely make sense for your profile. Then I deal with the bank, the surveyor, the estate agent and the notary, and I call you when there is something you need to know — not when it is too late to do anything about it.
I see clients by appointment at Via Borromeo 29 in Cesano Maderno, including outside office hours if you work in Milan. The first assessment is free and takes ten minutes on the phone.
How I work
Four rules I never bend
- 01
I tell you in advance if it cannot be done
I would rather lose a case than have you lose six weeks getting to a no I could already see coming.
- 02
One person, from start to finish
You are not passed between departments: the person who answers the phone is the person handling your file.
- 03
Numbers, not percentages
I tell you what you save in euros across the whole term, not in basis points.
- 04
Nothing to pay before the result
The fee falls due only once the loan is approved. Until then I ask you for nothing.

What I do
The cases I handle every day
You only pay if you get the mortgage
My advice carries no risk for you: the broker fee is due only if the loan is approved and you sign at the notary. If you do not complete, you owe me nothing. The amount is confirmed to you in writing before we start, together with every cost charged by the bank.
Timings are averages measured on this office's own cases. Approval remains the bank's decision and can vary with the lender and with how complete your paperwork is.
Let's talk
Ten minutes on the phone
Tell me your situation: by the end of the call you will know what you can afford, what monthly payment works and what your real chances are. No documents, no commitment.
- An answer within one working day
- Free assessment, no commitment
- Nothing to pay if you do not get there
